This place suits me perfectly! It has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my heavy baggage, which I still remember. Highly recommend trying it out!

The hotel was located right by the services, and coffee places like Dutch bros and Starbucks. The whole staff was accommodating. The location was good and comfortable, with Pizza Hut nearby, where we could eat.

Stains on the sheets and blankets were disappointing, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning before check-in. The atmosphere felt unsafe with loud guests and inappropriate behavior outside. The front desk service was lacking. I had to request my receipt after checkout. The overall experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and safety.

The room was spacious, but I found roaches in the tub.

We enjoyed the nearby Big River Golf Course and McNary Wildlife Nature Area. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The shower pressure was excellent. Perfect location for food and shopping, and the staff were really friendly.

Some might find the hallway a bit outdated, but it didn't bother us. Just a heads-up.

Had a blast checking out the local dining scene! Lawan's Thai Garden was a flavor explosion, and Dutch Bros. Coffee kept my caffeine levels high. Plus, the parking was easy, and the staff were super friendly-definitely a plus for solo adventurers like me!

The TV experience was a trip! It was either nothing or a loud surprise in the middle of the night because the remote wouldn't work. Oh, and those linens? Clean but definitely tired-could use a refresh.

I enjoyed a peaceful night in the cozy Queen Room. The staff were great to our needs. Be sure to check out the local dining options nearby. We loved the charming bistro just a block away! For a restful stay, don't miss this spot.

My stay was meant to be a brief getaway, but it ended up being quite frustrating. While the location was convenient and close to restaurants, the room itself was in very poor condition. I encountered roaches and filthy bedding, and the front desk didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the issues. On a brighter note, I appreciated the kind gentleman who checked me in, making the initial process smooth, but it was hard to overlook the overall disrepair of the place.

The staff is very nice and super-friendly. It boasts a favorable and comfy location right by Downtown and other shopping areas. - There's a McDonald's offering takeout within walking distance from the venue.
